Neil’s experience as a real estate agent was backed up by his knowledge of the market at Royal Pines Golf Course on the Gold Coast where he sold our home within days of the property being offered to market.
Unlike a vast number of agents, who make unrealistic promises in order to secure a listing, he provided a realistic picture while at the same time working to secure the best possible sales price for our property.

Responsive, professional, friendly & knowledgable
During a very crazy few months house hunting, Neil was the only agent out of at least 20 I had been in contact with on the Gold Coast who actually followed up and got back to me when he said he would! After initially enquiring on a property at Royal Pines, Neil gave me the status update that it was under contract but he had another one about to come on the market in a few days and he would send me details. He followed through and sent me the details as soon as it went on the market, we called him as soon as he’d sent them, he had us through the house the next morning and after a tense afternoon/evening of offers we were the successful purchasers of our dream house that night. Neil is a local and gave us a lot of great information about the area and the community which was invaluable since we didn’t know anything about Royal Pines at all. Professional, experienced agent with incredible knowledge of properties in Royal Pines Resort.
In a sellers’ market were there was not a lot of properties for sale Neil was able to contact a vendor he knew wanted to sell in the future but was not quite ready.
He was able to bring the vendor and ourselves together to discuss terms and conditions of the sale in terms of settlement time as well as agreeing on a purchase price.

Purchase of new home
Buying a house can be a stressful process in more so with Covid 19 and the market being strong. We ad been looking to buy for over 12 months and had almost given up prior to seeing the property that Neil had listed.
Most agents who deal in this high end are smooth talking but having ran a professional services business for over 20 years you can spot the sharks. Neil was the complete opposite as he was upfront, straight down the middle and give you immediate feedback.
I wish all agents were like Neil as the world would be a better place. My advice would be to interview the agents prior to giving them one of your biggest assets and look for qualities such as telling the truth and good communication skills; Neil has these skills and has years of experience and is not your typical polished agent.

I have used Neil on several occasions and he has always displayed a remarquable professionalism.
